In honor of #suicidepreventionweek I thought it would be a good idea to let everyone know that I get depressed and sad and it's ok it happens to all of us. The key is being able to talk about it and work on finding solutions that work for you. For me, meditation, yoga, and exercise is the best thing I can do. If you're feeling depressed there are resources available for you.
